What is your exchange/return policy?
Easy & Flexible Returns – Because Things Happen
We hope you love your Viscata shoes, but if they’re not quite right, no worries! We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items purchased directly from Viscata, as long as we receive them within 90 days of your order date.
Your Return Options:
🔄 Free Exchange – Found a better fit? You can swap your shoes for a different size or model for free within 90 days—plus, you’ll receive a special compensation for your exchange! Just return them in their original box and good condition, and we’ll take care of the rest. (Note: If your exchange item sells out before your return is scanned by the carrier, you’ll receive a refund instead.)
🛍️ Return & Shop Again (with an Extra Discount!) – Prefer something else? Exchange your shoes directly on our website and enjoy an exclusive discount on your new pair.
🎁 Instant Store Credit Bonus – Get a refund in the form of a Viscata gift card, and we’ll add an extra bonus on top of your total order value!
💰 Full Refund – If you'd rather get your money back, we’ve got you covered. Just return your shoes in perfect condition within 90 days, and we’ll process your refund.
Last Chance Items: All last chance sale items are final. If you return a sale purchase, we can only issue a gift card for future shopping.

How do I return my order?
You can start the whole process by visiting our online returns center You will receive an email confirmation with instructions as soon as your return has been processed.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your items have been dropped off in the mail, if you’re entitled to a refund, it will be initiated immediately. We know you’ll want your money back as quickly as possible, but please be patient. It could take up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
How do I exchange my order?
The best place to start is by visiting our online returns center where you’ll be able to exchange your purchase for a different size or product. Your new product will be shipped to you as soon as you send it in the mail. Keep in mind that if your exchange item goes out of stock before your original order is scanned via the carrier, your original order will be refunded. Exchanged items start being processed once the returning items are received - not any time beforehand.
When will my exchange order ship?
Once your return items have been dropped off in the mail, your exchange order will be placed and you will receive an email confirmation. If your exchange item goes out of stock before your original order is returned at a Return Bar or scanned via the carrier, your original order will be refunded. Exchanged items are processed once the returning items are received - not any time beforehand.
What happens if the shoes I received are defective or wrong?
If your shoes are defective or if you received the wrong shoes, please visit our online returns center and select the defective/wrong item option as your return reason. You will have to provide a picture of the item so we can see what happened. Afterwards, you can choose to refund or exchange the item by an identic replacement or another model for free.
Can I return my order if I live outside of the U.S.?
Yes, but please note that you will have to arrange the return and cover any associated shipping fees. If you have any questions, please contact support@viscata.com.
